Exquisite Skin – Refund Policy

Digital Products Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital guides, journals, and printables are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. 

Print-on-Demand Apparel & Accessories Because our apparel and totes are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or color changes. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no charge.
